Collegiate Chess League Fall 2022 Season anonced

On September 24, another series of tournaments for students from all over the world will begin on chess.com. In order to take part, you need to fill out the registration form on the website, register your educational institution, and also join the page of the closed club. The deadline for applications is 21 September.

Qualifying tournaments will be held according to the Swiss system with 10+1 control, 5 best players from each tournament will advance to the playoffs. Elimination matches will consist of two sets of 10+2, in the event of a draw, a 5+2 tie-break and, if necessary, a 1+2 match will be played until a winner is determined. The prize fund of the competition is $20,000.
