Names for variations: Once you've got the mainline down pat, you can call it the "cow pat". If opponent attacks Knights by advancing a or h pawns: 'Hoof it' variation. If bishops have to retreat "Bishop basher" variation.
and the best defense in this opening is cow opening hindi variation.

Anna, this opening is really terrible. Look at those poor bishops. Look at those exposed knights inviting White to play a4-a5 and h4-h5. If White doesn't play some tiki-taka little system and instead commits to the Eight Pawns Attack, your cow is gonna be mince. If you want to play like this then try the Hippopotamus. The Hippopotamus lets you attack the centre with …f5 and …c5 too, but each of those moves is supported by three pieces not just one.

I think this opening is allowing you to scramble and to create.
It reminds me of the Hippo. Flank attacks to the extended center pawns. The tempo turns on a dime and then it's a dogfight
