Gotham I'm pretty sure that many viewers watch your WHOLE video (and YouTube in general) at 1.5x speed – BUT the watchtime is shown according to ACTUAL time spent and NOT how much of the video was watched. So people do finish the videos but because they're watching it on higher speeds it'll give you less watch time.
On the contrary if people watch your video at slower speeds than I'm sure your watch time can be higher than the length of the video.
