There's the German word "Stollen" which has two meanings. One is a cake and the other one could be translated to "tunnel/underground shelter". So you could translate "Stollenmonster" to "Tunnelmonstet"
you can read stollenmonster german. then it has two meanings because stollen is a mining tunnel wich is a creepy place to find a monster or the other meaning is stollen is a chirstmas sweet bread which is then more like a sweet cookie monster 🍪

Now unrelated random sidenote, but I think that Stollenmoster is pronounced german, so it would be and SH sound like in Short and then a TOLL like in… toll and EN like in envy or end, nothing too complicated except the st in the beginning. shtollenmonster. Monster is just a word german borrows from english so it's pronounced exactly the same. A stollen is actually a kind of Pastry-bread in germany so I imagine this persons name to be a riff on the cookiemonster.
