i got clickbaited.
It was worth it.
Great game from a beast of an attacking player recapped by beast of a youtuber!
I like to sacrifice for random intentions
"Please watch this"? Really? This isn't clickbait, mainly because you didn't put any information in the title, but in my opinion its still cheap.
I get that the after the chess boom and guess the elo you don't want to stop growing the channel so you resort to tactics like these, but I wish you came back to making instructional videos about openings and tactics.
I'm sure the drama benefited you a lot, and I respect you saying that you are gonna stop clickbaiting it, but you still use cheap tricks for a short boost in viewership, but I think its hurting you rep long term.
I get that you think all the negative comments are just trying to get pinned, but more and more I think this is becoming real criticism and concern, like this is.
You channel brought me back to chess, to a point where I peaked at ~1500 elo, but it hasn't offered any instructional value in a while and if you don't switch up your content i fear its gonna keep stagnating and eventually fall off.
I hope you understand this comes from a place of concern, not from a place of hate.
Sincerely,
A dumbass who just wants his opening videos back
Nice match 🍺 Skål
My man should have been part of the final game scene in the Queen's Gambit. Ya know the support crew of chess players on the other end of the phone? I just tune in for how stoked he is about these games. I don't even know that much about chess 😀
Tal is proud
Damn, it was so good it looked like a set up
This kinda click bait is ok to me. I'll watch mr. Levy. 🙂
stop click baiting!!!! I dont care what is the video, MAKE DESCRIPTIVE TITLES !!!! after years it might be easy to find a video based on good title
Shak games always are awesome, I love his guts and his creativity. Rapport, Shak, Nepo and Dubov are the players whose games I always watch and never get bored by it
Beautiful game. If I were to see this on my own I would have never appreciated the moves this way. The commentary makes it 100x better. Thanks, Levy!
Honestly this over the top excitement and click bait titles are getting too annoying. They're making me not watch your videos anymore
Best game I’ve ever watched in my life wow
This is what I imagine my attacks are like with the exception that when I do it they just retreat the queen to f8 and my attack is gone and now I am down 3 points of material for nothing
In the spirit of the time a comment like "What kind of beads is Mamedyarov using?" would be warranted here, but lets just forget about anti-chess destructive drama for a moment and just marvel at how a human can play just as good as any chesscomputer ,and even better and more beautiful, when the pieces line up the right way. Wow, what a work of art.
That is quite an achievement. Sacrificing each piece type like that is only something you can pull off with extremely high precision.
When you try your best but you don't succeed~
But really, I'm glad that something like this was in the records cause it just shuts up those people who keep moaning about how chess has become too studied and nothing is new anymore
"Best game of the 21st century" proceeds to do the recap in gym clothes
I like how his outro is just, "Get outa here.". So simple yet so powerful…
I actually teared up a little bit for some reason during this recap. I guess chess is that beautiful of a game sometimes
This truly is one of the best games of all times. You just know how Giri and Mamedyarov felt during this game. I'm sure Giri felt that he was part of making art and happy about losing this game.
Paul Morphy saga ends
Now, it's time for shak's immortal
that was really awesome game thanks

Wow that was awesome
Let's play some classic chess… nah.. Mamedyrov says ~ Let's be immortal !!
Since you said please
I am very proud that Shakhriyar is my countryman
stop clickbaiting Levy, I seriously will unsubcribe.
wow he basically played like an engine
Just anything just anything
.
.
Me in my mind before watching.. but as levy says its "wow"😘
Very good, congrats
Levy, the game was beautiful and I understand your passion, trust me. But keep in mind that after a game like this (a sacrifice, than another one, and another one again!) Your oponent will resign even if you remain with a King only on the board, because of fear of the next possible harassment 😀 this is chess terrorism in a way 😀
Wow! Love your commentary, you always make it entertaining and exciting and easy to understand even for noobs like me, enjoyed the whole video!
Well, I'm sure Anish had a cold shower. And the OP's voice got so excited that I was expecting him to go into falsetto.😅
this
What an amazing game!
Between all those sacrifices i managed to accidentally find the best moves twice 😂 (700 Elo)
You are breathtaking Gotham!
Please go take a shower
I really don’t see why this game is so special. In 700 I sacrifice pawns rooks knights and queens every day
01:23 literally never do I spot a London played at the highest levels.
My guy sacrificed every piece type other than the King
In the order of the board too
The greatest game in 10 years and this on my birthday? Cool 🙂
WOW
wow
Hello Gotham,
is it possible that you show some games from the side of black pls? So its easier to see how the black will react to the moves of white.
Love your content, keep going!
You said something wrong at 3:51 (i know it's not what you think i m just saying it for the more begginer in your audience)
Bishop > Knight
average alireza match
What about Niemann-Pantzar? That was pretty insane too, those who don't know the game… WATCH IT!
Literally watched this twice , this why I love chess this is using expectations to your advantage
