It appears your statement for your channels, "If you subscribe you gain ELO" is accurate. I've made it back to 1000 in blitz and climbing by watching your 10-minute openings videos, particularly the Caro-Kann defense, Slav defense, London system, and French defense. Keep it up man!
BTW, it might be fun if you tried to play c6 against EVERYTHING as black in chess (since you suggested you could do so in your 10-minute Slav defense video)

I perfectly understand Levy, I can play most online games perfectly fine, except 1v1 chess or strategy games, brain just goes offline
Your pup has an iron deficiency, that’s what usually causes the paw licking. You can supplement it with his diet but that’s why he’s doing that ❤️
I think these games show your good enough to win but struggle more with high pressure situations which the more you put yourself in those situations the better you get at handling it although it probably does feel really bad losing those games. It seems like a mindset thing and not a skill thing.
