Too bad there aren't any drills that practice high pressure situations like this.
It is helper for a newbie to know that I'm not the only one that gets nerves. Psychologically chess and the elo matching system are really hard because your rating changes to stabilize where you lose half your games. You might get better and lose half your games to stronger players, but mentally it's a really tough game.

The difference between me and Gotham in chess is that he blunders in a 30+ move. I blunder in the 10+ and it is usually a hung queen
I feel like you absolutely could reach GM. However i believe that the subtle distraction of streaming and the chat takes away your full focus on the complexity of the game. Youre better than you give yourself credit for! I believe in you Levy!

Hey Levy, regarding Benji's paw-licking, I experienced the same thing with my dog. It could be allergies, anxiety, or skin irritation. Best thing I did to stop it was to try to stimulate him more to reduce anxiety and then regularly submerge his paws in an epsom salt bath.
All the chess aside, you might want to check Benjis food – our dog food was poor for our dogs and it led to paw licking.

The thing is you are good enough. Your issue is not in chess but in the psychology. It's like with Hikaru, once he stopped caring he started playing even better and got less nervous. It's doesn't necessarily mean that it's not important to you but rather that a loss doesn't affect you. The mentality "Don't play to win, play to learn" has helped me with the same issue.
