11:29 I was in the room on the viewing balcony when Firouzja got warned for the noise he made while walking. The warning came after Abasov summoned the arbiter and complained that it was distracting. In my personal opinion, he did make a pretty good amount of noise while pacing back and forth right behind the poster "wall" right besides the Abasov/Caruana board. I think Abasov's complaint was fair given that it must've been truly distracting, I could hear the pacing from the second floor in an otherwise completely silent room.
Make of that information what you will, thought it would be interesting to share as I witnessed it in person.
