I love to see your recap videos doing well. It wasn't that long ago where you were considering not making recaps anymore because they weren't getting enough views. Recaps are probably my favorite thing you do next to your educational material. I just wish you would start making chess documentaries. You legit could be the David Attenborough of chess. A 30 minute or an hour long documentary on Paul Morphy or Mikhail Tal would do really well. Plus you could sell it to all major streaming platforms and 100% you could have it on PBS pretty quickly. Just sayin….

That gukesh vs alireza game was heart clenching. It wouldve been incredible to have the youngest player lead the candidates but such is the sport. What an incredible display of resilience and bravery from alireza right from the opening to the middle game to the end game. He was posing questions and fearlessly challenging the joint leader of the tournament despite being the lowest performing player. Hats off.
