Not that impressive when you think about the statistics of players he is up against and his skill level already. It’s just a very consistent win ratio. Which most super GMs can manage! A grind and a nice milestone at best.

Wow! This video explain very well the Hikaru Nakamura record, as ELO gaps are so huge. He gets only 1 pts for a win and -7 pts for a draw and -14 pts for a loss. Which means he must win 14 games and draw 1 just to break even.. He does what human being cannot do 🤠
I like Hikaru and never thought he cheated but winning 70 games in a row against a 2800 does stink a little of being a preplanned outcome. I mean you would think the Brainiac, after 50 losses in a row, would think "That's enough!" at some point.
