You never knew anyone with that name because it's not a name ๐ it's an adjective, it means cyrillic, like the Alphabet. The name in italian is "Cirillo". And es, that's an uncommon name for today. Nice game!

His name in italian it's Cirillo, not Cirillico ("Cirillico" it's how we call the russian/ukranian alphabet), but still… it's nowhere near a common name here, maybe some couple hundreds years ago.
