The recap itself is very good and instructive as always, especially with your own games when you tell us about the thought process.
But did I missunderstand or are you contradicting yourself in the beginning? First you say the 3… c5 advance Caro-Kann is very dangerous for white if he doesn't know what he's doing. Then around 5 min you say white can just make natural moves and get a reasonable position?
