A few months ago, I got into chess. Only because I enjoyed watching your videos. I'm still like a ~600 elo noob on normal matches, but I really enjoy the puzzles. So much so, that one night, I spent around 6 hours solving chess puzzles. That night I went from ~400 elo in puzzles to ~1000. It was an incredible feeling to know that I'm not shit in all aspects of chess. Today I'm sitting at a proud ~1400 elo in puzzles, and I still really enjoy solving them from time to time. So thanks for getting me into chess. Hope this cheers you up a bit 🙂

Hi levy, thought I would respond and share my chess journey… I started playing after watching the queens gambit… after that I just decided I wanted to learn so I started binging content… at first it was agadmator… then a bit of Hikaru, then u. I loved ur opening videos and in the span of a few months u had gotten me from 700 to 13/1400… after this the journey was long and I was only able to push up to 1500 cuz of hanging pawns (YouTube channel)… I then bought ur caro course and managed to keep pushing… I started studying QG declined positions for white and am currently a mid/upper 1600… I think I'll be able to push to 1700 by September! Thanks for all ur content!!
