I don't understand why black doesn't take the rook @8:57 when it moves in to check but hangs itself then black just moves sideways instead of taking a free piece. Maybe it sees something 500 moves into the future and that's why I'm not a chess bot.

i would appreceate the comentary sometimes with less screaming about the best move . would be easier to keep up for me. I understand needing engagement, over playing moves too often thats all.

This is a knee slapper: stockfish 15 got clapped in the first game and Levi showed it with his clap's
so basically chess engine tournaments are forcing computers to play move that it doesn't think it is the best to start with to avoid draws.
