A 400 elo advantage translates to ~89% wins, according to a chess website I've seen. I plugged those in to see that in a 1000 games series, the probability of a 45 win sequence is about 58%, more likely than not, this just for 1000 games played. Kramnik is out of his mind, has no idea about statistics.

He asked for Hikaru to be investigated then they say “okay we investigated him and he’s not cheating .” Sounds like he’s just mad that they weren’t on his side though I do agree cheating and be hard to spot however why is he acting like that “prove your sources” likes he a teacher ? And what makes him think he knows stats like that and then he provides no proof but says no no you need proof first .. last time I checked it was innocent until proven guilty not guilty until proven innocent

I don't like Kramnik. He is like a chess player prepping and then losing and can't accept it, so he muddled up the board hoping against hope that his opponent blunders. The honorable thing is just to resign……..unless perhaps he needs the money? I don't know. Also, where is his evidence that he says he has?

The reason Levy is so "baffled" is disingenuous, I think. It is obvious to me that Kramnik wants money, through either a lawsuit or counter lawsuit.
Like Levy said it is a violation of California law to make threats of violence.
It is my thinking that Kramnik anticipated such threats and/or even had friends post them anonymously.

My sincere recommendation to Kramnik – turn his eagle eye to other sport, hockey and, namely, Russian Night League.
There is a player, that has way more outstanding stats that Hikaru. Take game that happened in May 2021, he scored in first 30 seconds, got hat trick in first 10 minutes and, finally, put 8 out of 13 goals for his team. Plus one assist. That player is by far most effective Russian hockey player (goals + assists per game). He, however decided not to play for any of the top hockey clubs, but chosen a humble position of Russian dictator.
Kramnik has become a internet's punching bag….. he's a great player in chess, but now as personality I doubt he's not great as he's in chess

He disrespected one of the most legit players, professional mathematicians, and well-established company and also demanded them to bend according to his wish. What I don't understand is why the phrase "With the deepest respect for… Vladimir Kramnik" was used in the report. Why exactly are we respecting this belligerent man? Of course we should disallow people from threatening him with violence, but I see no need to respect him while he continues this mad tirade. Saying the statisticians need new calculators was downright childish. He should know better at his age.
