What is he referring to? 6 games in a row, or 6 speed tournaments in a row?? please advise

Brilliant analysis, as always, but Hikaru, buddy, no need to talk about yourself in the third person. It sounds awkward.

why did you suddenly stiop showing new hans niemann content? even though there is a big new case??

    The beginning:😑 😒…🫥…😌we😲welcome everyone😄

People give Hikaru stick for his ego but people don’t understand the level of extreme hard work and sacrifice you gotta put in to be in the top echelons of chess. You have to have an ego, a ruthless desire to win and a hatred for losing in order to get the inspiration to keep pushing yourself and working hard. He’s a decent guy

I love how Hikaru talks about Hikaru like Hikaru isn't in the room.

Only Hikaru can repeatedly refer to himself in the first person

Magnus appears to be hungover or suffering from substance abuse of some sort, i.e. alcoholism. He's often late for his matches, his hair and clothing are usually disheveled, and his room/background is always cluttered. There's even a YouTube video of Magnus clearly drunk, while still playing chess with his friends, at home. Hopefully, he bounces back.

    The thumbnail: "MAGNUS IS TERRIFYING"
The video: "so anyways we have this little kid named magnus playing a completely findable move by stockfish 16"

    "UH-OH, Speghetios!!" LOL….good on @gmhikaru

I don't know, seems like massive speculation when you say you don't think Hikaru will be playing the Kings Gambit any time soon.

Stop downplaying.. Hikaru the streamer… As if he doesn't spend as much time with chess, as the rest does..

I love how Hikaru refers to himself in the third person.

i never saw someone sacing 17 rooks in one game

Hikaru is one of the greatest of all time! I don’t care what anyone says

This is my first time finishing Nakamura's video and man how I deprived myself of good chess content and the opportunity to have a glimpse of how a super GM thought process works.

i liked the part when he said that Nepo refuses to play anything entertaining whatsoever… hahahahah gold

i love it when Hikaru the streamer counts in spanish 😂😂

I like when Hikaru talk about himself in a 3rd person way

Hikaru will build Magnus up, then dismantle him in the finals. 🤣🤣🤣

Ian "Frowns upon anything that is interesting" is one of the most hilariously casual ways of dissing somebody I've heard!

    So, we have two Hikaru(s)
    1 – Mr streamer
2 – GM who is in the sami final

Stop with the cringe, fake snake-oil asian salesman smile in the beginning.

You are talking about Nepo but saying, "Hikaru" in the first game !! Hahaha 🙂

You had headphones on and were bobbing your head during your match with Fabi. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! And eating up the clock to play a 204 move draw? What is the world coming to? etc. etc. LoL. The chat in your match was ridiculous.

Dude keeps forgetting he is one person who can beat magnus in speed chess

Magnus the Terrifick ? Terrible? what have you done to English

I like how Hikaru talks about himself from the third person perspective 😂

Wait are telling me Magnus beat Nepo in the Game 6?

    History

The opening now known as the Kieseritzky Gambit was first described by Polerio in the late 16th century. Greco also included a game with this opening in his 1620 collection.[1] It was also analyzed by Salvio (1604) and Philidor (1749).[2] In the first edition of the Handbuch in 1843, 5.Ne5 was considered under the heading of the Allgaier Gambit, but the editors noted that Kieseritzky had contributed significantly to the theory of 5.Ne5, which they advocated as superior to 5.Ng5 (an opinion shared by almost all subsequent analysts). The corresponding chapter in the second edition of the Handbuch in 1852 was headed "Allgaier and Kieseritzky's Gambit". Subsequently the name Kieseritzky Gambit came into general use for 5.Ne5, Allgaier Gambit being used exclusively for 5.Ng5.

    You're welcome.

Magnus is always downplaying his own performance in the post-match interviews, I wonder why that is. I just think: Shut up you fckin genius

I wonder if Magnus ever watches Hikaru's recaps.
