I always play kings pawn ♟️ and four knights positions and after the immediate opening the position is always really symmetrical and I don’t know how to make progress, so I end up making crazy trades and ruining my position. You are the very best at showing both the joy of chess as well as the struggle. How a player must be both an idealist as well as a realist.
How does the format of these tournaments work? Looking at the standings, it seems like a few people (like Anna) are playing every round but other people have only played a few games (about half the people on the standings look like they've played 1 or 2 games while there are a half dozen who have played 8 or 9).
Everybody can play a good position, the real strength shows if you are in a bad position!
The right mindset can make such a difference!

Really best ever? Drawing winning games against higher rated opponents, losing drawn games against equal rated is leaving rating points on the board and indicative that your game needs lots of work.

I learn so much from your game analysis – I fear only top players can get away with 'breaking rules'. Your opening, then castling on the King's side terrifies me. I would see that as extremely weak for the King and never dare do that!

Is this f3 usually played in preparation for e4 so that if take then take back and keep the center and after castle then you can control the f file? I’m a noob, so please excuse me if this is a stupid question.
