Great quiz, very funny, thank you for that. One remark: there were several currencies much older than British Pound but speaking about Modern/Global era, the world's oldest currency was el "Real de a ocho" ( https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_de_a_8 ) or "Spanish Dollar" , since 1497. It was generally accepted in Europe, America and Asia until XIX century and the first legal currency in USA until 1857. As mentioned, plenty of older currencies available: Greek,
    Phoenician , Carthaginian, Roman…

They got the first question wrong. Its "Yan Nepomnyashchy". Thats how he writes it himself, his youtube channel and instagram channel are spelled like that

Anish Giri must be an honor student back in his days

“Chess stuff, I am terrible at”

    -Magnus Carlsen, World Chess Champion

1:30 that's actually not true magnus. It was the amount of money equivelant to the price of salt, but not literally salt. just money

Best part is the spelling bee act from ansih

that middle guy just got everything wrong. Who decided to bring an amateur into a chess quiz???

You know it's a serious video when it's got spongebob time cards in it

honestly people think Magnus is arrogant but he's jus a fun guy

You can tell magnus is actually pissed off he didn’t win lol

    Giri like…
Ohh, yes; finally a chance to beat Magnus.

    rap god = Eminem.
    Chess god = Magnus.
They don't need to give test for their ability.
Magnus showed us that show everyone by your Talent not certificate.

    2:34 "Chess stuff… I'm terribly at it".
    Magnus Carlsen, circa 2021

    … keeps World Champion title.
    Also Magnus Carlsen, circa 2021

God! Magnus is such a sore looser! 😀 I don't even think he's that talented. Just really stubborn! 😀

Can anyone explain why the world champion question was wrong? I can understand Kasparov being an incorrect answer but why was Botvinnik not counted?

0:47 me in a class when I know the right answer and want to show everyone how smart I am

Never thought Magnus would err in the last question being a world champion 🏆🏆 😂😂

Magnus is that kind of kid that pretend to sucks at quizzes still be top 1 in finals.

chess24 please name the 11th country. I've got only 10: Chad, Cuba, Fiji, Iran, Iraq, Mali, Laos, Oman, Peru, Togo.

I like how Magnus preferred to fight the questions

Big shoutout to the editor of this clip. Good job! 🙂

A true gk master levon aronian is absent.

In chess no one knows more theory than ANISH GIRI 😂😂

" Chess stuff I am terrible at " – Magnus Carlsen , World Chess Champion

Anish is native Russian speaker, it was easy for him to spell Ian's name xD
But there is a trick, I'd spell as Nepomniashtchi, not "chtch", but whatever

Duda is like school boy who remains quite to teacher question, doesn't matter if he know answer or not.

Anish is like school boy who jumps to tell answers to teacher question to impress her.

Magnus :- Let's say, he is just Back-Bencher….

not many people know that the surname is the correct transcription -Nepomyashiy, but translated into Russian means oblivious, forgetting
