Only one game out of the last 20 ended with a win. Amazing.

The more we look at draws everyday, makes one appreciate the armageddon classical chess format even more. Every draw ends with a fun armageddon and the small half point difference for armageddon wins add so much intrigue to the overall table.

So happy to see the strategy of killing classical (real) chess to reduce draws is falling on it's face. Yes, the shorter the time controls equals more mistakes but do you really have a game of chess when you take the thinking out of it. Shortening the time controls will force players to avoid complex positions that would be impractical to play at shorter time controls. Chess is a long game that often results in a draw; get over it.

It should be studied how Superbet Chess Classic and Sinquefield Cup always manage to be the most boring Super tournaments of the year.

5 boring draws. Saved you the trouble of watching.

So. Many. Draws. What a boring tournament.

This is so boring. They need to realise they are getting paid to entertain as well

Actually it was a crazy defense by Bogdan. The Endgame was very interesting.
