Thanks for the coverage. Good speed when recapping the games.

Magnus was right, this is just boring. Except the game between Alireza and Pragg, and the interrupted live stream, not interesting at all

Max 8 minutes per game. And then it'll be enjoyable. Else we won't finish watching the video …

This type of candidate video makes me feel pretty up to date on every game. I vote for this format. Thanks for the videos Levy

Please don't stop doing these. It's almost like it never happened if Gotham didn't do a recap. Yk?

Hikaru already has one foot out the door it seems. His constant talk about playing for content and bring a streamer first etc is all to save face if he doesn't win. Can't see him winning with this mentality.

Is it just me who doesn't care about women's chess?😅

I’d prefer for you to exclude some games you think are not worth showing and focus more on the exciting ones , my opinion tho

If you want to cut the boring stuff on the Open im fine with it, but show at least all the matches on the women's, cause it's so hard to see stuff about them.

Weird that players which carlsens put together in rankings are in matchups in the first round

FIDE should not have a women's championship instead of that all women's play with mens and there is one title for which all player will fight for😂😂😂

These games are insane. I barely understand whats going on😢😂

The current format is nice for fast draws, but I'd prefer in depth analysis of games for later rounds

You're a giant dork. p.s. your hair is dumb.

Dude you could be better informed about the players' ages…

Skip boring games. Video was too long and boring I fell asleep half way in

"Some of you weren't even born in 2022"

Does he think that he has 2yo viewers?

I am really disappointed that I didn’t hear “in this position prag sacrifices the roook” I was preparing for this moment

I actually prefer you to focus on the best games of the day instead of doing a mega-recap of every game

    Levy: …and I have a statistics degree.

Somewhere, Kramnik finds that very interesting.

As a mathematician, I just wanted the mic out of the way so I can properly see the sweater.

I watched Lagno vs Goryachkina live. Too high lvl for me. xD

Personally the content I love from Gotham Chess is the instructive content. I prefer Levy does a few select games which are most interesting and instructive.

This way it is more entertaining and more educational. It is less about sport news and getting an update on every single athlete and game, and more about seeing the highlights / improving our own chess.

Can we make this two videos? A men’s tourney and a woman’s tourney?

What you called "that's how probabilities work" is actually a gambler's fallacy; i.e. seeing a causal connection in events that are independent.

These videos are like my chess: lots of breadth but not much depth.

No one can take this away from you Levy – you do recaps VERY well. Do you watch the whole candidates live or do you just really quickly understand what's going on?

I’d say just cover the exciting games, granted today they were all draws

Always skip the women's section 🗿🍷

can you get the GM norm from candidate tournament?

I thought nepo had beef with gotham due to the the twitter drama

okay, im curious about hoodie :))
    what is exactly C_0 u(r) a_n(t)?
