Like My Chef cook tutor said to me : It is by forging that one becomes a blacksmith.

If one day i see tyler1 for president , i wont be that surpriced , that guy will die a legend.

"same opening" bro is one tricking an opening to high elo. 1000 iq

Hes going to be better than Botez sisters in a little while

I can crash him until he resigns😂😂 like how do you play like this

Levy: “If we did anything in life that failed 45 to 49% of the time we would hate it”
    Musicians: “hold my beer”

Weird how unlikeable this guy has become since the last year or so. Like it was kinda okay before that he just did these click bait videos, since he still made good other videos. nowadays, this guy is washed. embarassing.

Tyler plays thousands of games in League with a 52% winrate, for him having a 50% win 4% draw and 46% lose is actually great

25:30 I bet theres a correlation with baseball ability then. A 40% success rate for a hitter is legendary, would be one of the greatest seasons in history. Even a 33% success rate is MVP caliber.

15:00 Actually, it makes total sense hed be this good at endgames. You can memorize and practice those much more than you could practice, say, a middle game. Hard to say how he plays openings but…well he sure plays this one well

Its hilarious that a legitimately playable opening emerged from Cramling making it up and Tyler1 fleshing it out

It is legitimately amazing. I had no idea a human could brute force chess like this. Its basically how stockfish is trained, just plays so many billions of games it eventually just knows everything lol.

And I really dont think hes cheating either, his speed of development isnt insane in terms of number of games played, its just that most people take a lot longer than this to accumulate so many games!

I'm a noob going back and forward between 1400 and 1600, I could probably do better if I devoted more time to it (like Tyler1), though I'm fine with where I'm at. But I have to say I occasionally face opponents in the 1400/1600 brackets that plays just as well as that first 2100 player. The 2100 bracket feels like an ocean away from where I stand, and whenever I get into the 1600s I feel like I probably shouldn't be there, with the amount of time I dedicate. Of course the guy could (and probably did) just have a bad day/game, while the opponents I face had good days/games; it was just 1 game after all. I have seen it explained by chess pros how the 2000+ brackets also wildly differ between each other, like how 2100s are much worse than 2300s, 2300s vs 2600s, and so on. Still.. That's a poor performance if it can be compared to what I face occasionally. The game engine saying he played like a 1650 isn't far off.

definitely challenge T1 whenever u feel hes ready

you bring so much entertainment to millions every day, and you bring attention and hype to the people who deserve it. good for you gotham!

tyler has that league mindset, he has been losing 48% of his games for 10 years

Bro took solo queue mentality into chess 😂😂😂

bro is using skt1 strat in chess lol

Levy is way better at hindisght and commentary of games. He explains well. He just needs to learn to analyze like this while he plays. Especially gms. Preformance Anxiety sucks. Just ask my ex wife

yeah possibly the deeper reason why tyler is great at this is prolly because he treats his chess game like a leauge of legends match. He understands his king is the nexus, and besides the pawns (minions), he treats his 5 roles

    queen(jungle)
    knight(mid)
    rook(adc)
    bishop (support/tank)

and will intergchangebly set his peices as diffrent roles too based on what he faces.

Also leauge is infuriating and requires quiet a bit of planning with understanding builds so you can say each move in chess is like an interactive move in leauge such as pushing and such.

It makes sense why he would do well though as it is a reliance on himself and not 5+ other people.

I have never misjudged someone harder in my life.

Where are this 2100’s when I play? 😂😂😂

He is gonna get gm on every opening just to flex on haters

He's jewish.. Theyre smarter than the rest of us that's a fact

Hardcore Gamer plays Chess (A Game) and becomes good after grinding a lot. Big Surprise.

I can guarantee that he's so fast bc his time on league.

The amount of people coping in the comments saying ''oh everyone can do what Tyler's doing''
Sure buddies, see you in a year when you're still hardstuck 1200.

    I got to 400 { Baseline Elo ) to 1400 in 2 months
Then I quit chess because I needed make an academic comeback for my GCSEs
    Should I make a comeback ?

Bruh my winrate in apex legends is like 4% you guys are spoiled with that 50% winrate 🤣

Interestingly this is the same playstyle he plays in league, he takes solid mechanically simple champions and provides utility to his team and ensures, and sets up winning plays, and exploits mistakes.

Can't beat a grinder who just refuses to accept defeat. Constructed alternatively.

Best I heard about Tyler1 is that he is pure evil,
because if he put that indomitable force of will towards anything other than games he would have found the cure for cancer or solved the world energy crisis already.

The only human being who is able to brute force strategy games

Tyler plays chess like league. Now that your breaking it down I see it clearly. Same formula since league is like a game of getting a small lead against your opponent. At the end it will all add up. Except in chess you get no bad teammates. 😂
