If kings touch it's a draw, but if they are both in the same color there is a win and a loss(when both king are in black it's blacks win or the opposite)

New rules:
NR1; Blundering check is allowed, including by allowing the kings to touch, and by castling through or into check.
NR2; If a player blunders check, their King can be taken. Where blundering check was by castling through check, the taking piece goes to the square on the castling path that it was attacking ('taking the King en passant').
NR3; If a player's King is taken when they don't still have a Queen, that player loses immediately.
NR4; If a player whose King is taken still has a Queen on the board, then the Queen is restricted to King moves, until that player promotes a pawn to a King.
NR5; If a King is taken, then next time that player promotes a pawn, they must promote to a King.
NR6; A Queen can be checkbanumated if that player does not have a King on the board. This means the Queen is taken, or has no legal moves where it can avoid being taken on the opponent's next move, and the checkbanumated player loses the game.
NR7; Promotion to a King is only allowed when that player does not already have a King on the board. Each player is allowed a maximum of one King.
