The World Championships among seniors are continuing. Standing after the 4th round
In Assisi (Italy), the World Championships among seniors in the age groups 50+ and 60+ are continuing. In the group of 50+, Lima D, Novik M, Prie E are in the lead by 4. In the group of 65+, Nun J, Jansa V are in the lead by 4.
Dates: from 15 to 26 November
System: Swiss, 11 rounds
Prize fund: € 20,000 (1st place in both groups — € 1.200,00)
Composition: in the 50+ group — 148 participants, 14 grandmasters; in the 65+ group — 192 participants, 8 grandmasters.
