First day of the 1/2 finals Chess.com Global Championship

Four of the eight games of the 1/2 final were played today in Toronto (Canada) Chess.com Global Championship.

Technical results:
H. Nakamura 2-2 W. So;
A. Giri 2-2 N. Sarin.

Format: 8 games in a match with 15+2 time control. The player who scored 4.5 points first wins. In case of a draw, the opponents play armageddon.
Prize fund: $1,100,000 (1st place – $200,000).
