Please for the love of god do 1500 vrs 2000. I just crossed into 1600 USCF and it's crazy up here.

I hate when people say it doesn’t happen in their games. Cuz it doesn’t happen in mine for realz.

Why is it I can beat the 1100 bot over a 50% win rate yet are getting hammered at the 400 rank 1v1?

I play e4 and gms play e4 that means I'm as good right?

I'd like to see some chaos from the 100-900 area of chess.

Yes we want 1500-1600 and 2000 comparison.

As a new player who just got into chess again. I'm at a 980 elo in 2 months of playing here and there. I always analyze my games and kick myself for all my missed opportunities 😂 the game of chess is brutal because when you lose its because YOU made a mistake. That is also why I love the game of chess. Watching your videos helps me so much. Thank you for your daily content 👍

nice video concept, do more videos like this gotham

yeeeeee its 04:55 am and ı am watching chess videos! cant be better my life!

Here we are with the "dont resign" crap, it makes playing at the 800 level really annoying. Please dont encourage your viewers to do this.
"Hes got 2 minutes and 3 queens on the board, but you know maybe his mouse slips?? Im gonna spend a minute and a half sliding my king one square see what happens"

29:23 that would be awesome. I'm 1500 and I think that would help me improve a lot.

Really like the vid. Super helpful for us new intermediate players trying to get better!

It bothers me that Levy is looking the wrong way.

literally just play the london as white and french as black, i feel like it is broken

How does Gotham create so many different thesis statements in the beginning of the video , man should write books and essays

Bro I love these long videos so much, especially when you target an audience that is a bigger percentage of the chess community being intermediate players. My chess is embarrassing fr tho. But I still can learn so much from this and I swear it’s so fun watching. Thanks levy

This is a terrific video idea, what got me back into chess was, seeing in guess the ELO, that there's a concrete difference between chess levels that I could strive for. These things really do give us milestones to improve our chess.

Im 1500s and would love 1500-2000. I dont even know where to start looking to improve from where I am right now.

gotham you are my fav content creator you are inspiring me to play more and more chess thank you

PLEASE do a 1500 to 2000, as a current 1500 myself, I would love to see the difference between the ratings and what I need to improve on in order to reach such a rating. Thanks Gotham!

    Violating violators unviolates violated

awesome ! love the instructional stuff !

    I'm 1800 and I don't know a single opening. I just play e4/e5 and vibe from there

this wont be your best performing video but the effort put in makes it one of my faves

Levy: 1000 vs 1500 ELO! What’s the difference?

    Me (900 ELO): 500 ELO! 🤪

Thank you oh wise and mighty one…
And yes, please oh wise and mighty one…

I love this kind of video. Do 1500 vs 2000 and keep expanding. I really want to see 3000 vs 3500

Can you do the difference between yourself and a 2200 in terms of blitz ratings

Awesome video Levy!! This helped me think about a few things as I push to 1500 (currently 1450 🤞) and it does a great job capturing the nuance between rating levels. Can’t wait for the 1500 to 2000 video 🤘

14:54 I thought the move was qf3 and I did buy the course. But after checking it again I saw you’re right (off course :)) ) Chapter 1, Lesson 35 video 4 says d5. Wish I had you’re memory, thnx for this video I love it!!

Currently at a peak of ~1300 rapid; so I'm going through this evolution in understanding right now. This is the most helpful and explanatory video I've seen for a long time. More content like this… it's invaluable.

And can we see 1000 bullet vs 1500 vs 2000 bullet

As much as I enjoy Gotham's play-by-play of the major league games, this makes me better as an 1100 sub-minor league player.

Thank you Gotham for making me feel good about being hard stuck in mid 1500. 😂
