what do i do against ne4 or ng5 if there's a bishop pinning the c2 or f2 pawns respectively shortly after opening? (assuming i don't already have a piece to kick or take the knight/prevent it from landing on those squares). always struggle and end up trading off pieces to attempt preventing loss of rook/queen or other material
