Not like knight d4 is a very uncommon move now๐Ÿ˜‚

I prefer the Traxxler as a response. It's soooo much fun.

Sometimes I lose 2 rooks and it's not a big deal because they practised this and not so much more.

Why b3 is the only safe square for the bishop at minute 3:27? Why not c4?

You are the first person I have heard talking about how fun a position is. It's more important that the game feels fun than that my position is good.

I tried it and won several games with this technique

At 7:46 a better move is bishop to h3 when white castles king side because you threaten mate and to take the rook because of the pin with the queen

I just won a game by this trick , this is really amazing.

thanks! I enjoy watching your vids! I will have to come back later and try this for sure! you are the only chess I am subscribed to on youtube ๐Ÿ™‚

Me rated 900 evey other player who is above me tries this on me
    . ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I always played the traxler as 1200 but nobody felt for that anymore I hope this variant is gonna do better ๐Ÿ˜‚

I always play this with black and even if my opponents donโ€™t fall for the trap I still get some good positions. Actually I have higher winning rates with black than white which is interesting as a 1400

This trap worked about 4 times for me. Now everyone seems to see it coming…

    Concise and well explained ๐Ÿ‘

The Fritz? Definitely something your opponents wouldn't study, I think they're used to seeing the traxler

This is a terrific video and lesson. I won a game with your lesson. Thank you

My guy who played Qa4+ at 06:55 instead of capturing the pawn. I was like "Oopss, this was not in the script. Now what ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘„๐Ÿ‘"

There is a much more efficient way to play against this, not d5 but Bc6 is the best move!

Bishop g4 should get you into a better position instead of Queen e4, if white defends smart

5:40 my rating is 1000-1250, good thing I learned this set up๐ŸŽ‰ I win in 10 moves against 1147 elo!

Nice video, did not care for the table flips, though. Is there a stronger, less played move for white besides those two options leading after pushing the knight?

How do you know that 347,995 players fell for this trap?

I'm not going to let those m'fers see the light of the day again ๐Ÿ˜ก

I actually just love the dark knight gambit more its amazing if tryed correctly

Literally played against this right after this video and

Now I know this. If u play with me u will loose ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

At 7:40 you don't castle, you move QA4 and white get another pawn.

Learn everyline, it is very helpful, or if you mess up not knowing only one line, you can probably make up something on the spot using the other lines (such as the king march) and you only studied the knight sac
Edit: didnt realize he was talking about fried liver lines and not traxler counter attack, still valid…(?)

so sick of this chess guru captions best moves, chess traps, and chess tournament analyst when you can just enjoy an watch

If white goes bishop to d5 instead, how to follow up?

    Where is the PGN?๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข

Honestly, I prefer the Traxler. It's so fun and tactical plus it wins most of the time.

I like to make players think I'm playing the fried liver, let them think they're getting lucky and then just start making weird moves to confuse them. You can ever push your knight and force the king out, and begin pulling their pawns out disabling the defense.
