Valuable lessons learned:
1). Quit bringing up someone's age during competition. Its unnecessary and belittling even if they don't seem phased.
2). Quit moving your mouth so much. This is a chess match not porn.
3). Accept it when you've been defeated. No backdoor snarky comments to try and smudge someones victory.
4). Of course never underestimate the opponent.
