I know many players who would see the vulnerable black king but be unable to see the finish. However, most of them would at least see Qxg6 check as a free pawn instead of playing a3.

I swear. 3 min game, I am 930 ELO, I had 2 Brilliant moves, I had Checkmate in 1, My opponent had a checkmate in 1, I sacked rook to win the game(I didn’t win because of the sack, but any 1200+ would have seen it) I won from a rook & Knight checkmate, If you could review this (how to lose at chess) game I would LOVE it.

As a resident 600, I'm happy my openings are usually this good as well and got indirect praise from Levy. Haven't seen how it goes downhill yet but I'm sure I'll resemble that as well lol
