My highest was 1165 then lost 100 elo. I got my first brilliant on my first game back at 1101
I was taking a sh*t at work when I got my first brilliant move.
I started the 10 minutes from 500 like everybody, now I comfortably sit at 150. No I don't remember the 600 times 😀
Three years playing chess I just passed 1200……
I’m 800 and I know prices can move backwards I alway rotate my knight in the Italian to g3 or g6

How is this 1200????? I get it, mid-low rated players are overthinkers and ruin their own game but this was abysmal.
That's what I do at a measly 400. Miss checkmates that are obvious. It's comforting to know it still happens at 1200 lol
Whats stopping someone just using stockfish sparingly? Like 1 or 2 moves in big games?
