Without watching this: the sodium attack :Na4
2:52 “or elsewhere 😏”
Shah Mat مات means Kings dead Mat also means dead in arabic
mat means died
9:54
Well, in Persian we actually call knight horse, and bishops are called elephant. The chess is an image of Iranian and indian ancient armies. We did not have bishops 3000 years ago. Lol.
Ps: also rooks are called castles and castling is : "king to castle"
the persian pronounciation of check mate is really close to the hungarian "sakk matt" where sakk = chess but matt doesn't really mean anything
Who tf are u
Which is more usefull bishop Or knight
Actually it is f4
No you are gothem chess
In their shoe or elsewhere🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
Here for my boy levy
Pawn to F3 also allows black to do the fools gambit after white makes another colossal f**k up
7:14 bruh, Patrick Bet David tryna get material for a new chess video or something.
4:43 RIP to all those people that walked into boxing gyms and got pummeled as meat for the members of the gym.
*vibrating device ….. elsewhere :')
12:53 Can't you go Queen f4, black queen f6, queen f6 checkmate?
I thought Ron was good on Chess not Harry..
contrapoints making a cameo is so funny to me. W contrapoints
You are my favourite amateur chess player
The Greek names of the pieces are:
Rook: tower
Knight: horse
Bishop: general
The others stay the same
weis beginnt, schwarz gewinnt!
shoe or elsewhere…
hans
3:50 it is different on the chessboard snd in the program on the right
“Vibrating devices in their shoe or ELSEWHERE” 😏
Now I'm wondering, if openings are named after people/locations, is there a person/location called Intercontinental Ballistic Missile?
(Tennison Gambit: Intercontinental Ballistic Missile variation)
In hungary the first word "sah" is Sakk that means check and the second, "matt" in hungarian is matt that means checkmate but the 2 words together mean checkmate too (sakkmatt=checkmate)
Shah is reffering to the game chess and mat is reffering to a mate
How much did Levi pay to be called a pro?
Does he not know that knights often rode horses? O_o
Renaming the Knight to Cavalry would make a lot more sense than Horse.
“might cheat with vibrating devices in their shoe or elsewhere”
hmm like beads?
2:52 devices in there shoe or elsewhere. Magnus knows
I wish that on the queens gambit series we had gotten more of the actual chess game. I remember wanting to see the actual match but nooo we mostly got dramatic moves + faces
“A vibrating device in your shoe…or somewhere else”
Wait, what's Contra doing here???
10:00 "I don't know why it isn't called "horse""
In Portuguese we call it horse, at the beginning it was weird for me when I heard you guys calling it "knight"
Kasparov, Fischer, Magnuson, and Morphy! Some people my say leave Morphy off the list because he played a bunch of schmucks, but adequate competition was not available to him. His games are beautiful and should be judged by his era, not ours.
Apparently WIRED Dont know the difference between zwichenzug and zugzwang…
07:25 – Capablanca….how am I wrong?
for me the rarest move was when (pardon me for not knowing his name) some dude sacrificed his king against hikaru 😀
Šah means chess and mat idk
In polish checkmate is szach mat (pronounced exactly like in Persian) and the world for chess is "szachy" which means "checks"
Sorry if I completely missed the point or am wrong, but at 14:35 couldn’t you just checkmate in 1? By making rook take the pawn instead of just going in front of it?
6:53 I do it to my “non” experienced chess friends
Thumbnail looking gemmy
Love this vid. Thanks pal.
I'm 20 and i just fall in love for chest
Vibrating devices
You seriously hinted on Hans' buttplug scandal, im cracking 🤣
