0:34 the actual translation is “the king has died”,(مات) means died and (شاه) means the king so combined it means “the king has died” and not trapped

3:12 omg, I feel so called out lol! I never found a good way to learn chess and no one wanted to practice consistently when I was young, still never know what I'm doing in the beginning

i hope levy did this on purpose as a joke when said he would capture the king with the rook😮😮

the only thing they missed in this video was levy looking into your soul and judging you for 0.3 seconds before the intro

Why does levy sounds like Barney Stinson 😅😅

If you are smart enough to be a chess grandmaster, I hope you are wise enough to turn your intelligence to the worlds more pressing problems.

the "mat" (mate) means died in Persian and Arabic

شاح مات actually means the king شاح has died

DAWG THEY GOT POWERLEVELS IN CHESS ???

I'd say Knights are way better, you see, in the games GMs play there aren't any blunders in order to win material (more pieces) But strategical patterns such as forking make you legally automatically win material No matter what (it's a FORCE) and most "Forks" are done by Knights, if not Rooks! (edit: yes, I Know that Unattached Pins, Ancient skewer, (reverse Pin) and other moves can win Material)

12:57 – I was looking at it as why do you need 2 moves xD, but yes, it is two moves, quite close to mate in one.
And yes, I almost hung the queen, Levy is really super fast and accurate, still need to learn quite a bit, but I found the solution, and proud of that as a casual xD. Probably would have missed in an actual game thou.

"He has incredible stamina, he will go for 5, 6, 7 hours" 💀💀💀

fun fact the knight actually is called "cheval" in french, it means horse

Solved the last puzzle today in my first try XD

I run into that last scenario a lot more than I should because I forget to develop pieces after castling (on either side)

Why are there so many GM’s? The highest ranked non GM is 329 in the world. (Feb 2023)

    Абдулазиз Абдурахманов says:

13:31 AND HE SACRIFICES THE ROOOOOOOKKKKKKKK

in romania the knight is called horse( cal )

Question is chess rac ist because white move first

    can’t believe he didn’t sacrifice it…

Levy i caught when you said vibrating devices in your shoe or elsewhere. We both know who I'm talking about.

"magnus has incredible stamina he can go on for 5 6 7 hours and squeeze water out of stones"
    Oh Levi..

Woww I have never seen Levy so calm…

6:10 “A chess opening is named after people or places”
    Sicilian: Hyper Accelerated Dragon

when levy was talking about cheating and said “or elsewhere” bro that smile he knew exactly what he was doing

When I clicked on this video the last thing I was expecting was a Contra cameo lmao

13:56 i was sure that the king is not allowed to make that move due to its position of putting itself in check

In Brazil we call the knights "cavalo" wich means "horse"

Why does he remind me of Daniel Radcliffe? LOL

New rarest move, the French move into checkmate.
