At 18:48, if White takes the bishop, Black can take queen with queen, no? How was it over?

32:33 What about Be6(check) then when King moves, then dBg5 pinning the Knight to the Rook. If Rook takes, you take back with Rook and White is pretty much winning.

Can someone explain why pawn can’t be taken by bishop at 8:00? I see queen there but then after queen takes bishop doesn’t knight check the king and free queen for white?
at about 40:00 gotham talks about rerouting knight from c6 to e7 to f5 and say it's high level and you can report for cheating. i'm 1360 and that move looked super natural, in fact, I didn't notice Bf5 and feel like that was an even better move. If gotham hadn't shown Bf5, my knight would have moved to e7 and f5 and according to gotham, i'm am now a cheater, wth?

at 41:45, instead of Queen takes Bishop d4, can you not check with Bishop on f3 (sack), Rook kills Bishop f3 and then Queen g2? Isn't that checkmate?

The queen could have been trapped on the first game with Ra2 instead of the dark square bishop sac…most 1000s probably wouldn't have seen it but this 1000 elo did all thanks to watching your vids….I never get tired of hearing "Lady's and Gentlemen "

at about 15:05 when gotham went "it is not easy to defend your king" I took a fat minute to draw out the line in my head he was talking about and he saw it right away. The difference in skill is crazy and that is why so many 500s like me watch him 😂
At 2:20, why can't d4 take c5 and be up a pawn?

9:31 an interesting tactic here is to play Ra8. black cannot take the bishop because you will then take the queen. Black is forced to play Qb7 as it is the only safe square for the queen then you can play Bxc4 to win the knight and get the bishop out of danger. Keep in mind here Qxe7 is not possible because of the bishop on c5. However there is Rc1 skewering both hanging bishops but After Ra4 that threat is also secured and white is a clean piece but with a better position and also probably some attack on the queen.
