That last one is more of a legitimate tactic than a desperado though right?
In the final example, you could have just taken the queen without sacking your own queen. Its pointless to desperado it when you can just get it for free.

Last trick only works in high elo, your queen is much more valuable in low elo from what I’ve found

i have this one match where i blundered 2 pieces in the opening and just tried to discreetly set up a checkmate out of desperation and won the match down a bishop and a rook
