Cement is the wet stuff, the glue that holds everything together. Concrete is when cement is dried and is holding on to the other sediments. Veritaseum just made a video about this very very recently

Besides the excellent chess…and answering your question…Cement is one of the "ingredients" of Concrete. Concrete is a mix between water, cement and aggregates (sand, gravel, etc).
Concrete is cement but with gravel/sand to make it cheaper
For your nose : if you have any aloe vera based cream, use it it works wonders!
