To answer your question at 4:06 from a person who works in concrete, Cement is an ingredient in Concrete, it is what gives concrete the distinct gray color if you are using regular Portland cement. It is also the binding factor, when activated by water, to glue it all together!

We almost never see "mates" in top-level games.
Do you think that players should be encouraged to play on until mate instead of resigning?
FIDE could (for example) award 1/3 point to the loser if they play on until mate, instead of giving them 0 points.
This would mean that even if you lose, you still get something if you go until mate.
I think that would result in more mates which (IMO) is a good thing.
