Commentators have gotten sloppy in neglecting to show moves we didn't see. There's time enough with classical controls, but they must take the trouble to do it. They used to be more careful about this.

I haven’t seen all the postgame remarks but I noticed in Hikaru’s he has mentioned Magnus a few times. And I haven’t heard him mentioned much otherwise. I think this is classy and shows Hikarus respect for Magnus.

Tania, you're a fantastic commentator. Your diction, phrasing and delivery are all great. I hope FIDE is paying you well to do this and that you become their main person to cover all events

FIDE HAS NEVER HEARD OF CONCRETE FLOORS??? SO BADLY PREPARED. THE SURROUNDINGS WERE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE PLAYERS.

Why did Leko (especially) and the team spend so much time trashing 34..Re2, instead of examining something better than the faulty 36..Qe7?

5 Player in stricking range after 10 rounds. Amazing. next rounds will be full of sweat, blood and tears!

… and then he started speaking very loudly in Norwegian…

Disappointed that Ian didn't go for a more ambitious approach against Gukesh. Yes, there's a certain risk associated with playing ambitiously, but that's what champions do.

Still four rounds . Anything can happen here 😂😂

Alireza need to calm down and respect others. I see his parents never disciplined him and now in his little mind he thinks he's most important person.

So sad alireza loosing like this when hes one of the best…dadash omidvarim ke neshan bedi ke alaki bala nisti

Why pick a venue with noisy floors for a premium chess event?

Stop ambulance chasing, it’s ruining the game. If you’re really worried about Furouzja’s headspace, it’d probably help not chasing his dad down with a camera in the heat of the moment. I know I would be embarrassed if that were my dad. You can’t be both TMZ and the official channel. Choose a lane and stick to it.

Good to see competent commentators again

I’m a alireza sympathizer but his father is a joke. He threatens to call the police?? Like who does he think he is

No Judit, no Naroditsky. I'm trying to enjoy the cast but i just cant without them.

I request all the ppl doing comment to not tell the result like : Hikaru deserved that or What a game by x player, thanks

I Am Bac'k. The Terminator of Chess, The Machine of Chess, Fabiano Caruana with 3098 ranting of performance returned!
Caruana future Champion World of Chess Classic!

Asking Gukesh would he and the other Indian players cheat so a player from India 🇮🇳 would win, was extremely disrespectful. 3:37:26 Gukesh is owed an apology for the character assassination. I’ve never heard anyone from the United States 🇺🇸 asked that question. I guess they think that India 🇮🇳 would scam the tournament.

Consider remaining match, Gukesh will win the Candidates 2024.

Round 10 : The American Dream, stayin’ alive

Gukesh Vs Ian ….eagerly waiting for the game…any news

If you don't want spoilers f***ing don't watch the comments…

Alireza's and his team is a joke lmao. Also his dad threatened to call the police because his poor son is losing every game.

chess24, This is amazing! I can't stop smiling!

Spoiler blocker comment. I know many people watch the vod instead of live.

In the real world, the arbiter just leans over and says, "hey alireza, don't stomp- you're making some noise". The drama around walking loud is a ridiculous aspect of chess and a turn-off to viewers.
