Levy, so, low rated 800's, 1200's feel the same stress and anxiety, and in many videos you complain how you can't understand our lame blunders and foolish decisions. It's not really different- except you're the best and largest chess youtuber and people are watching. You can train the stress. The more you are thrown in it the more you will not feel it. What does not kill you makes you stronger. You can do it

Paw licking is sometimes a sign of allergies (generally food allergies). Check with your vet. There is also a spray that makes their paws taste bad bud I prefer going after the underlying problem.

This reminds me of guys who lose in the Olympics. Obviously it's heartbreaking and frustrating, but try also to remember how much better you are than everyone else who's not an IM or whatever! You'd beat most of us 100/100 times.
