Day 137 | Journey to World Chess Champion

%1$ Comments128

bro is big mad Hikaru ripped him for being the "Self appointed 1st american chess world champion" lmfao.

Hans is better than Hikaru, You play to twin

maybe he just didn’t feel like playing or out of form it’s not easy to beat 2700’s

Great chess players are known for their Elo, Nakamura is known for his Ego.

I agree hikaru is a drama queen but you're in no way innocent. You have been a cheater and that'll always be a dent on your journey

nobody cares about you, hans. you're a self admitted cheater and will always be known for being one

The classic pretending you don't want a draw when you do

in case he does end up world champion, id like to say i was here. AMERICA ON TOP BABY WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Hans and Hikaru getting rich milking each other.

Say what you will of Hans, but he only punches up. Takes balls to go against the no.3 in the world, who's also a much more experienced player with more resources & pull. Unlike Hikaru who engaged in newbie crushing against guys like Arjun Erigaisi and Andrew Tang.

Hans is kinda right… but you can see the same thing happening all over the world in different areas. There are always companies with monopol over certain markets :/ i can see myself actually being the same as Hans, but in different areas.

My man needs a proper streaming mic

Didn’t you include him in a lawsuit? Or am I misinformed?

This guy is the andrew tate of chess

I'm not good either you should leave playing too cause coward is better than you he is 2nd highest rated player😂😂

Your eyes say you are either the real boston strangler or do powder regularly 😵

The meme on the thumbnail and cursing at and referring to Hikaru as a coward is immature. Hikaru attacking Alireza and his parents verbally on screen is immature, and harms the image of chess, but you going ham on Hikaru doesn’t really help that image either. I get you’re still young but you’re a professional chess player with influence, so you need to grow up at some point and learn to be professional.

Damn I can't believe Hans said Hikaru has a small weenie. I wonder how he will respond.

Idea: Create a promo code HIKARU for 50% off in your first month. Haha

The agenda of not talking about hikaru is real. I agree with you on that. Radio silence about what Hikaru did.

Hans is the only one who can call out a bully

You have some work to do to become World Champ.

You bring up good points, but the supervillain delivery isn't helping.

Hey Moke, the three people you mentiond…everyone knows their true colors as human beings, when each one came out and accused you of cheating, while any sane person could tell the accusations were complete trash. Let it go dude. You're the hot commodity and the whole "cheating" scandal was a riot.

Hikaru extremely hard to watch…actually for me…impossible.

I hope this guy becomes like megamind, the "bad" guy that becomes the hero at the end.

I think conversations are important. Responding to each other “tit for tat” with YouTube videos will just create more animosity. When communication stops, that’s when war and divorce happen. I’d be willing to bet money Hans would have that conversation but the other guy would never.

It doesn't look good for this guys mental wellbeing. It's a shame really

Or gotham is just scared to post about the whole topic in general because it doesnt matter what side hes on hes gonna get hate no matter what.

lol nothing Hikaru does breaks any terms or guidelines. Full stop. If he's streaming in a way that makes more money than the way you stream, you should adopt his practices instead of criticizing them.

If he can troll you into taking risks, that's part of the game.

The criticism against Hikaru for promoting gambling to kids, insulting Alireza and inflating his viewership is completely legit and necessary, but complaining about his forced draws just makes you seem salty. Knowing when to play for a win and when to play for a draw is part of the game. And if you always play for a win no matter what, maybe that's part of the reason why Hikaru is #2 and you're #39.
