Can someone explain why these guys are called "chess hustlers" rather than just chess players? This one, at least, is apparently capable of beating an actual chess master. So why the name hustler which suggests a kind of lower stature?

I find it really amusing when people play chess and they brag and talk like they know how to play chess. Im talking about this girl, she is constantly talking.
More than 99 percent of people that play chess can't play, including myself. In my country, Cuba, we had one of the greates minds on chess, he is my hero, learned the game at 5, became Cuban champion at 13, became chess champion of the world in 1921. Anyone who know shess, knows Capablanca.
