Not brilliant, but i had an epic first game with a co-worker yesterday. He was up a piece the whole match, then i lost another just to salvage my position. Finally after a few traps it came down to the rooks and he got aggressive and i offered to trade them both at the same time for a king pawn endgame. My last pawn scooted down the wall and became a lovely queen, and i walked him across the board for a king/queen mate with 40 seconds left. I was losing most of the game, but it was the funnest game ive ever played. 😊
As a 1400, I actually just came back from a game with 3 brilliant moves!!! Levy needs to stop playing a pedestrian 2 brilliant moves.
