I Was SHOCKED When I Realized Who My Bar Opponent Was…

I played a blitz chess tournament in Paris, in a bar called Blitz society, and faced someone that I really was not expecting. Hope you enjoy the video and let me know what you think about the voice over!

    Well played miss Cramling 😊❤️

Geez, the way you accepted that he is an IM is so humble.

How do you know all the moves after the game? I am too poor for that. 😢

Very good game Anna, drawing an IM is strong stuff, nice 🙂 The narration part was excellent btw !

congrats with this very beautifull and strong game and excellent result. Now I'm definitely going to watch your father playing the cow 😉

Yes Anna, as everyone already said – less talking(distracting players😅 ), and more commenting on the game, moves, and thought processes 😊 Great video, and I hope you will take the feedback in and will bring more videos like this one 😀

Remove music, speak positional and tactical nuances, not moves.

The background music made this incredibly intense! That was a good watch!

Anna, a lady should not hang around bars. 🙂

That was very thrilling. You are very strong when the time is running.

Thank you for this great video ! You played strongly and I’ve learned a lot from your comments ❤

Your voiceovers are very entertaining and insightful.
    Thanks Anna

Loved this type of video where you explain your thoughts

There is no doubt he underestimated you before the match Anna, and you gave him too much respect! So I'm curious about something. If you were unaware of his rating before the match, would you have played the same game, only with a lot less doubt? The reason I ask is because it looks to me that it was doubt near the beginning which cost you so much time and ultimately prevented you from winning that game!

You are always behind on time. HAlf his moves were just tiny moves to kick the clock over to you.

Very interesting commentary. Well played. You definitely played a very solid game. Fantastic result.

What is the background music? Almost sounds like Mahler (?) but I don't know. Also, I agree with the comments below regarding your shared strategy and thought processes. Great videos, always.

Good game. I would have liked to see what would have happened (probably) if he would have put his King on b6, instead of drawing.

good job miss cutie pie Chess player to be Ace!

Mellow sophisticated music and voice-over over, a good combination👍

Ohh, 5:29 I would think (but what do I know about this game compared to you?), that it was not a very good idea to move your knight to b3 for a move, in an effort to move it to a5 for another move. His king is on the other side of the board, and those 2 moves I would think, would keep that knight out of the action.
Looks like the knight is going AWOL. 🙂

I love your background music, and of course… the way you are :). Very well played! Congratulations Anna.

This game was such a pleasure to watch. Your comments were entertaining and instructive and I was literally on the edge of my seat as I watched the game unfold. Really well done!

Are the Botoz sisters playing any tournaments?

If you are not scared to play the best or a very strong player, (not scared of new tactics and losing to them), I think you will tend to play your best games and learn faster. You are definitely good enough to know why your losing, so it has to be a learning experience, not to be feared for higher learning. 🙂 My opinion. Doug in Michigan, (no chess in my area, sadly)

Thank you Anna. I´m a begginer and this video showed me the beauty of the game at a level i can understand. So it really motivated me to continue learning. Thanks again!

Why do they gain time on the clock in the last few seconds..?

Why he wasted so much time instead of just trade the his knight for the bishop as of around 12:19?

One of the most exciting chess game I have seen in a long time

Definitely keep this video style for your live games. 👍

finally i found a game for her without talking and distracting the opponent during the game…
