I Was SHOCKED When I Realized Who My Bar Opponent Was…

I played a blitz chess tournament in Paris, in a bar called Blitz society, and faced someone that I really was not expecting. Hope you enjoy the video and let me know what you think about the voice over!

Smack talk is entertaining, but I liked hearing the strategy and process a lot more.

I don't play all that much but I noticed her time was going up not down!!!! Why??

Loved the commentary. Quite often I have no clue what's really going on (I am rubbish though even after all these years) 🙂

I agree with the other comments: your commentary and critique of the moves is great.I learn so much from this. Confession: I actually hate playing chess, but you make it such fun that I am compelled to watch.

The commentary was super helpful, really enjoyable, thanks.

Heja Anna! Du har vunnit mig som prenumerant här =)

In the words of legendary chess meister Sean Lock…. "That's a challenging wan

Why does the clock counter go up in time if you press it really quickly? Is that right?

Great win. You showed what you got. .This guy took the loss very well.

I taught my son chess when he was 8-9. At 10 he started beating me regularly. Soon thereafter I stopped playing with him since I was taking him to adult chess clubs.

My son is now 40 and has kids 7,9,11. He and I started teaching the 11 year old when she was 10, she recently beat both him and me for the first time!

I will show her your videos – I wish I had them 60 years ago when I was trying to improve my chess! Love the overlay and you explanation of options, rationale for moves, and your bravery to play a 2300 Int Grand Master!

I'm surprised that he didn't argue that you have to repeat the position 3.5 times to get a draw

Great video. Loved the way you did the commentary. You discovered the solution to how to show a chess game. Hearing YOUR thought process was the key. Imagine if your opponent revealed his thought process as well.

Wow! That was a nail biter. You are an amazing player and I'm enjoying your videos. Thanks for posting them.

When I saw "My Name Is"… I clicked because I seriously thought it was SLIM SHADY. I'm very much disappointed.👎🏽

I know nothing about chess. And you still deliver the thrill to me very well!

I have been there before! That is in France called the Blitz Society

Forgive me, you are a bit slow for rapid chess. You lose many of your games, cause you lack time. In this game i don*t understand, why he thinks

That clock saved here. Look how it jumps back app. the last 10 seconds.

Kind of curious, @9:11 after black queen to d6 wasn’t Na5 a good option?

I don't know much about chess but i have a question. Towards the end of the game you had three seconds left but when you hit the button to stop your timer it added time to your clock and his did the same thing. Is that supposed to happen or was the clock malfunctioning? Just curious.

I was out of breath…which is not what Mrs Boulder wants to hear when I'm watching pawn(s) lol

Absolutely love her she even laughs during her narration of her game

she is so honest about her emotions.. to keep your thoughts and ideas together on a winding down clock is crazy… and the not have composure to respond to the opponent..

You were just as good as him for sure. You got this!

ótimo formato de vídeo, continue com esses vídeos, por favor, abraços do Brasil

I see on his face he thought you were a 2200

Love these videos. Crazy she can make a game interesting to watch. It’s just not a regular boring person interested she captures your mind as if you are there playing the game.

For once, I could watch one of these master chess matches and not feel inadequate because they were at least taking a little time to think about it.

Please tell me why his clock gains seconds after every move he makes????

But the game itself was great to watch! Old clock

At the end of the game the clock didn't count as it suppose to, went from 3 to 7 seconds remaining and so on;-)

Too fast for my chess brain, but highly entertaining and watchable
