wouldnt it make more sense to put the grandmaster against the grandmaster's? or is it to give newer players a chance?

Part of the problem with beating a grandmaster is the nervousness that comes when you are winning and at the beginning of the game. It would be better if you didn’t know who you were playing.
Why didn't you play the cow? os is that now a dead opening? maybe you need to invent the rooster:):)

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I played tourneys over the board all throughout childhood and nationals all over the US. We always took 2nd place to Dalton for 1st place. You are awesome I love this content!!
