It’s incredible Alireza played with 98% accuracy and still can’t win that game. Mind blowing

@10:00 I'm not very good at chess but love the insight in these videos. Why didn't white move their rook from d1 to b1 instead of moving the queen? I'm sure I'm missing something.
I love how Gotham's magnus advertising has encouraged everyone to play the Catalan

Please show games from Pia Cramling, her games are insane!
Just ordered my book
All things being equal, what this game seems to prove, is that black actually has the advantage in a perfect game scenario. The old corporate gaming system assumes an interlocked competitive game that, if played perfectly, white should win every time. This is actually a flaw in thinking, and would reflect a flaw in the game if this triple hanging piece countermove wasn't discovered. The thought behind the old chess, whether consciously or unconsciously, is that if one has a one move advantage, in being one move ahead, then all one has to do is play defensively to think perfectly, and in real life, noticing a detail rather than just responding to a threat is the essence of perfect thinking. That means that, conceivably, what I want is a more important question than what I need. In the synergetic situation, the black role in chess would take for granted that one is already on the defensive, and would be in a better position to discover this from a backwards perspective.
And so, from an infrastructure perspective, even though white has first move, black has the advantage. Being free from the game itself is the natural strategy of the black position.
Promote 4 knights. = stalemate
Levy you're the man. I'll point anyone to your channel. My older brother William (who would never say no to a game of chess) loves my Gotham impression. I'm 30 years old and from New Jersey.
0:09 I thought you had a wife!
Imagine if Ramazan beats Fabi 🤯🤯
Ra1 is a Savage move
Qa1 sacrifice is a Savage move

Levi's hair is better being non-existent than that curly madness, get a hair cut 😊😊😊.
9:28 can someone explain why the queen has to take the rook? cant she just move to h4 and defend from the bishop?
Lazavik wouldve been up by 2 anyway?
Levy, isn’t Fabi the US Champ? You could mention that.
Why would i wait for "Get out'a here."?

13:01: 😕 The game between Fabiano Caruana and Levon Aronian ends in a draw after a series of exchanges and a rook endgame.
16:39: 🏰 Hikaru Nakamura applies pressure with his pawn structure and bishop, despite being a pawn down.
20:10: 🏆 Ramazan Janov is having a great tournament potentially of the entire year.
24:38: 🏆 Ali Resa demonstrates his superior chess skills and dominates the game.

I can feel Stockfish sacrificing inside of me
Hey Levy, I’m in a chess tournament and I sacrificed THE ROOK 😳
You guys, Gotham always says to look for Checks, Captures and Attacks. But if there aren't any, what do you do then?
“COMPLETELY HANGING”

23:01 or just rf8….
Levy never fails to include himself in his videos.
So…if Levy just reviewed some of his own games, but made up two random names and said they were GMs we'd never heard of, how many of us would fall for that?
I'm pretty sure I would. I never bother to look up the names unless it's an absolutely incredible game…and most of the names sound made up anyway. 😂
I’ve gone from 250 to 500 just watching you. Probably don’t want to be proud of that Elo, but still. Big improvement for me!
Bro say "ladies and gentlemen" in 2023 💀💀💀
