Way too much talking from the interviewer. Is this a conversation or an interview? Cut out all the qualifiers and explanations and other BS. Ask a question and let the interviewee interpret it and respond. Larry King was great at this

At the moment it feels like the generation of Magnus, Hikaru, Nepo and Fabiano are running to its end. And behind them is a massive age gap.
I hope the newer generation will step up, but having the next candidates with only 20 year olds and younger would also look silly…

I feel like it's not a wild proposition for Levy to train with Hikaru to get to GM. It'd be like swinging with a weighted bat before stepping up to the plate. Plus could make for great content for either channel.

Hikaru seems relaxed and comfortable here, plenty of smiles. He's usually kind of a cold fish in interviews, he must be starting to like you! lol
I'm surprised that Levy didn't mention agadmator. I still remember Levy doing a video a few years ago where he said that he'd just become the most popular chess vlogger on youtube overtaking agadmator (although he didn't mention agadmator by name).
