hey guys.. what is nelson's twitch channel called?

Can you play the Czech Pirc Defence plz?

Can you do more frequent videos please πŸ™

    Dear Nelson,

I've been closely following and learning from your guidance and insights. Your channel is the only one I consistently tune into. I must admit, I never expected watching chess to be so captivating. However, at 19:45, I wasn't entertained. Care to guess why?

The reason why I love your videos is that you are doing your thinking process out loud, I usually stop the Video and think: what would I do if I was playing this game? then I come up with some options and choose one of then, continue the video and figure out where did I go wrong with my thinking process.

For gout, diet and staying away from alcohol (especially beer) is the best course of treatment (I'm a gout sufferer), but allopurinol medication has been a lifesaver for me. It has not completely eliminated the gout attacks, but it's been so much more rare after I got on it. This medication reduces the release of uric acid into the blood as far as I know and is one of the two main medications for gout.

I think practically that king move isntead of castling was a lot more practical against a non gm human

    Recap by Tammy AI

You are a nice person. And your wife is, too. I appreciate you all.

on game win 203 is there a difference between the kings indian opening you played and the one you taught your wife. I know it ends up the same but is that way better or just different?

The first game, at about 9:38, after he plays c5, you can just play … e4 and fork his knights and win a piece. You were so focused on winning that c5 pawn that I think you both missed that.

As a wife, new to chess, who also likes to think…..let her try a few games at 10 minutes and see which she prefers πŸ˜‰ I will totally sit and watch her play and cheer her on. πŸ™‚

Hey ser. Thank you as always for being you. I always hear people in live chat asking how to join. "Join" is definitely available from your home page via Samsung app, and I'd be shocked if it wasn't available on IOS app

Another good option is to add a link. Double check, but I vaguely recall it being your channels URL forward slash join.

If you add that to your default upload descriptions, it'll be in all your videos going forward, so you can just point people to click on link in your description

(And if you want, you can google "url shortener" to create a shortened link that redirects to your channel forwardslash join)

Anyway, thanks for everything. Best wishes to you and yours. Keep rocking! Life is a gift :)))

Where do you stream live? YouTube hopefully? (I miss it…)

This is an apology for some unkind works I wrote when you were not feeling well. I do enjoy your videos and of course they are educational. Thank you and keep up the good work! James E C

Really enjoying your video content. I won my highest rated game yesterday after watching your kings Indian video with your wife.

About your wife playing chess. I knew a guy who was in the last club I played in, before I had to quit playing chess (due to my working evenings). He wasn't a very good player, but he was what I'd call a solid 1300 man who did a lot of good work for the club. Now, his wife was playing too, but only once did she ever win a game – a team game, otherwise she always lost. Suddenly after many years they both left the club, because they found they enjoyed Bingo more!Β
I'd hate to lose you to Bingo, Nelson – although it might be better for your health.

17:30 that was such a good ending to a game; I learned so much from watching it. Lol.

Haven’t watched these rating climbs and my personal rating went down lol

Missed this one also. Hope you feel better Nelson.

I wish you wouldn't skip the analysis, it is one of the most instructive parts.

Second game was an unforgettable lesson! Thanks

Hey Nelson, it's been a while since I checked in, been going through the rating climb and I think it's some of your most informative work, hope you're doing well

God bless brother, I love your playstyle and explanations so much. Hope you feel better soon

Don't pronounce the "t" at the end of "en passant". Literal meaning "while passing by".

Heads up Nelson, this one is not in the playlist. There are a few that it's missing and I'll try to comment on them. Hope your health has improved in the recent months.

Your games are quite instructive. Just tipped you to help you keep up the good work. I wish you a prompt and good recovery.

pawn chucker at play.. chucking pawns is a play of gentleman
