Watching the kraminik game I was kind of struck by the eval bar too. h6 e6 a6 against a classically developed center and there's barely any advantage for white. I'm not saying it's a good opening, but it's interesting how a lot of Magnus' ostensible trolling doesn't actually hurt his position as much as we initially think it does.
