Rather than bringing Stockfish straight away, what if you tried playing with the eval bar on first? It'd let you immediately resign and start again after a blunder, speeding up attempts, and also take away the uncertainty about whether you're actually up in a position or whether you're missing something.
I think you will do it. Maybe in a few games but you will get there. I will watch to the end and edit my comment with something good 🙂

Using stockfish will actually be quite instructive as a concept for risk/planning, and could be an interesting expanded series against real GMs. The speculation is that if a top player wanted to cheat for a move or two that they could without getting caught. How many stockfish moves does Levy as an IM need to be at GM or Super GM level? That could serve as an approximate for how many cheating moves other high level cheaters would need.
