Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura top the field for the Qatar Masters, a 9-round Swiss tournament taking place from 11–20 October 2023 in Doha, UAE. We also have Anish Giri as the third seed and Gukesh is 4th. The prize fund is $110,000. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. We also have a huge plethora of Indian stars taking part – Arjun Erigaisi, Nihal Sarin – a total of 76 Indians out of the 160 participants!

Tiene toda la razón Carlsen….En un torneo oficial para Elo, un IRT la ley FIDE señala que la gente no puede estar paseando alrededor de los contenedores y que en el área de juego menos la gente puede estar con celular😮😮. Francamente en la 3ra ronda debe aplicarse eso sino inmediatamente los jugadores deben solicitar aplicación de la ley. Si no aceptan se deben Retirar 😑
